Supporters contacted regarding ticket ballot

Ticketing News

Swansea City has now contacted all fans who entered the ticket ballot process for Saturday's Championship play-off semi-final second leg against Barnsley.

Supporters have been contacted by email to inform them whether they have been successful or not.

Staff are now working hard behind the scenes to continue preparations for the return of fans to the Liberty Stadium for the first time since March 7, 2020.

We urge fans who have not had a response to firstly check the email address they applied with, including any spam/junk email folders, before contacting accountquery@swanseacity.com.

We respectfully ask that you do not ring the ticket office, as we are expecting a high volume of queries. You will receive a quicker response via email.

Supporters will now receive their digital tickets to print at home by midday on Friday, May 21. Please be patient, but if you don't receive them by that time then please contact accountquery@swanseacity.com.

The club has been made aware of supporters attempting to sell tickets for this fixture. We will be implementing ID checks on arrival at the stadium on Saturday to ensure supporters have the correct tickets assigned to them. Any tickets found to be transferred will be void.

We also have a fully digitalised ticketing platform that cannot be manipulated. If any supporter is found to have breached these regulations, the ticket will be voided and further action will be taken by the club.

The park and walk opposite the Liberty Stadium will be open on the day for car parking at £5 per vehicle. No pre-booking required.

Fans who were unsuccessful in the ballot:

Fans who were unsuccessful in the ballot will be automatically placed on our reserve list. Should any tickets become available, we will contact these fans via their registered email address.

The ballot process was automatically conducted through our ticketing provider, so we respectfully ask that fans do not contact the club to discuss this further, as the decision is final.

Fans who were successful in the ballot:

To comply with the guidelines for this test event, successful supporters will need to complete a mandatory health questionnaire and read and accept our Code of Conduct 48 hours before the game.

Supporters will be able to find the link to the questionnaire and Code of Conduct within the email received this morning. Fans are urged to complete this as soon as possible, with the deadline for completion being midday on Thursday (May 20). This is due to the time constraints the club has to send the digital ticket for you to print at home.

We must stress that supporters need to complete the whole form, so please go right to the very end and complete all fields before submitting.

The responsibility is with fans to ensure everyone in their bubble has completed the questionnaire and Code of Conduct individually ahead of the deadline at midday on Thursday (May 20). The club cannot be held responsible for reminding fans individually to complete this survey.

Again, if you have not received the email then please contact accountquery@swanseacity.com in the first instance and a member of the team will be able to help you.

Supporters must now ensure that everyone in their bubble who has a ticket also completes this questionnaire. Any supporters who do not complete the survey will not be allocated a match ticket.

If you develop any Covid-19 symptoms (as defined here by the Welsh Government) between the point of completing the questionnaire and the day of the event it is imperative that you do not attend the event. This is to protect your fellow supporters and the club.

In the event that you can no longer attend the event, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible at accountquery@swanseacity.com. Should there be any spare tickets we will allocate these to supporters on our waiting list.

Please remember that you are responsible for printing your ticket at home. If you do not bring this with you on the day you will not be granted entry to the stadium. We remind supporters that the ticket office remains closed for in-person visits.

If you have applied for multiple match tickets, each individual supporter will receive a confirmation email to the address that is registered to that supporter's Ticketmaster account.

Should you have any queries regarding this process, please contact accountquery@swanseacity.com.
