Swans Cash is the official Swansea City cashback initiative, which rewards our loyal season ticket holders, Jack Army members and hospitality guests for their retail purchases.
 
Replacing what was previously known as Loyalty Cash, Swans Cash rewards you for spending money on Swans merchandise.
 
Every time you make a purchase in our club shop at the Swansea.com Stadium or online, you’ll get a percentage of what you spend back, which will be added onto your account.
 
Swans Cash is easy to spend - simply redeem it at the club shop by showing us your season ticket, or shop online via the Swans Store website.
 
Supporters should note Swans Cash does not utilise a loyalty points system, and is purely a cashback redemption initiative.

How much cash do I get back?
 
Season ticket holders and hospitality guests get 7.5% cashback on merchandise purchases, whilst Jack Army members will earn 5%.
 
Swans Cash will show in your balance 28 days after your purchase.
 
You will be automatically enrolled into the Swans Cash scheme as a season ticket holder, Jack Army member or hospitality guest. However, you can opt out by emailing marketing@swanseacity.com.
